Apple Crumble

Bake my fav dessert...Apple Crumble with Vanilla sauce..it was superb no regret baking it..
i dunt remember where i get the recipe from but i hv change the recipe follow my taste bud..:):)

Apple Crumble

4 Apple ( i used red apple & cut into cubes)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cups of cold butter & cut into cubes

Preheat oven to 180c
Mix Apple, lemon juice & cinnamon put aside..
In another bowl mix brown sugar & butter to make crumble..
Place the apple in the 8 1/2 inch dish & crumble the topping over the apple..
Bake for 30mins or untill brown serve with Vanilla sauce..

Vanilla sauce:

Double Whipping Cream
1 egg yolk
sugar

Mix all n heat up but not over boil..

Oreo Brownies

My family loves brownies so much..especially my kids...hmmm brownies with or without ice-cream its still taste great..i get tis recipe from 
Kak Ayu all her baking & cooking always make me hungry..heheheh..

Ingredients:

225gm Butter
240gm Cooking Chocolate (i used semisweet chocolate chip)
3 large eggs
1tsp coffee powder/nescafe powder
1tsp vanilla essence
200gm castor sugar

*60gm flour
*40gm cocoa powder
*1/2 tbsp baking powder
*1tsp salt
mix all together

9pcs of Oreo

Method:
Melt chocolate & butter..Stir till smooth..
Whisk egg, coffee powder, vanilla essence & castor sugar till smooth..Add in chocolate mixture untill well blended..fold in flour mixture untill well mix..Finally fold in Oreo..
Bake 170c for 45min..

I dunt noe where to start..the very first tt i wanted to blog is bout my family..there's nothing interesting bout me..a simple mum tt always loves to cook & bake for my family, friends n relatives..i have 3 adorable daughter

Nurul Amirah 12yrs old, Nur Athirah 8yrs old & Nor Ariqah 4yrs old..

I married a man tt i loves for the very last sight..hehehhe..Kata org tua2 kalau kita benci org tu, satu hari jadi suami kita..but i dunt care all tt..tu semua kan kepercayaan org dulu2..tapi akhirnya tempias diri sendiri..

And nw im married a man tt i hate most..haizzzz..in lah dikatakan jodoh..ekekeke..n nw i love him sooo much..(",) the man tt always shower me with loves..but sometime angin jugak satu badan..sedangkan lidah lagi tergigit ape lagi suami isteri kan..oklah next time kita sambung lagi wokie...
